Dissemination of Results

One of the benefits of the Provost's Learning Innovation Grants (PLIG) is the opportunity to disseminate promising and innovative teaching and learning practices within RIT. To support that dissemination, PLIG award recipients are required to prepare certain materials and share learning in a number of venues, such as:

  • Final project summary (including data collection, lessons learned, implications for further study, and which may be in the form of an article abstract, conference presentation outline, or short report)
  • Participation in an on-campus panel discussion or other event planned and facilitated by the Teaching & Learning Studio

We may also ask grant winners to provide materials to enable other RIT faculty to recreate their innovative teaching and learning practices in other courses. The Teaching & Learning Studio will assist in creating these materials, if they are required.
