All full-time faculty members are invited to attend this interactive workshop where participants will be shown salary-related resources available today, exploring how to shape future thinking and discussions regarding salary.

This is a hands-on session so participants should bring a laptop.

Over the 80-minute session, we will discuss what RIT has learned from past studies regarding faculty salary and then participants will explore salary-related resources. We will also discuss and examine helpful background information.

Learning objectives:

•           Realize learnings from past salary studies conducted at RIT
•           Obtain salary-related information from Oracle and HR website and check accuracy
•           Understand RIT salary processes
