This training is intended to give adjunct instructors an orientation to teaching with myCourses and provide an overview of the core tools. We will review areas within myCourses that allow you to share materials and manage activities and assignments.

In this session we will cover:

  • The Content tool for sharing your syllabus, documents, and other files with students.
  • Setting up Grades for online grading and comments.
  • The Classlist for email communication and reviewing your enrollments.
  • The News tool for important course announcements.

Interpreting Services for this event can be requested through Access Services at http://myAccess.rit.edu.

Adjunct faculty can also request myCourses training at rit.edu/tls/consult.

New and returning adjunct faculty are also welcome and encouraged to attend Adjunct Faculty Orientation: Your Survival Kit after this session. Read more and register.
