Learn the basics of creating digital maps in this workshop with RIT Library’s Digital Humanities and Social Sciences (DHSS) Librarian. Attendees will gain an understanding of how mapping technologies are used within the DHSS field and how available mapping technologies can be applied to research or the classroom. Specifically, attendees will work hands-on with ArcGIS Online.

No familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) is required.

Note: This will be an interactive technology session. Attendees should bring their own laptops or contact Rebekah if they are unable to do so.
